Most tools start at the audit. We start at the beginning, so compliance is a result, not a project.

Why I Built Bhor Tech
For more than 25 years I’ve built AI-driven enterprise data platforms and distributed applications, most of them inside some of the largest U.S. banks, with three startups along the way. Everywhere, I saw the same two problems.
When an audit arrived, teams stopped their real work to prove they were compliant, then did it all again the next year.
And when people needed answers to do their jobs, like their department’s procedures and controls, or the escalation path when a customer issue turned into a risk, there was no easy way to get them. The answers were scattered across shared drives and inboxes, or locked away from the very people who needed them.
Neither was a people problem. Both were design problems.
So I built Bhor Tech around a discipline I call Organization Engineering: designing how work gets done, from operational requirements to procedures, with controls built into every step. Compliance becomes a by-product, not a project. And a private AI answers from your own knowledge, showing each person only what they’re allowed to see.
